Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take charge of proactive account stewardship for our clientele, focusing on clinical education and product sales. This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Attractive Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive starting salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience, complemented by a performance-based bonus, a company vehicle or allowance, pension contributions, and additional perks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a proven history of success in the medical device sales sector.
  • Preferred experience in capital sales.
  • Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Showcase new products and identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities within your accounts.
  • Engage in and support regional sales initiatives and projects, particularly from a clinical standpoint.
  • Deliver clinical and application training within your assigned accounts, during product trials, and for key account demonstrations.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to achieve company objectives.
