Our client, a prominent charity retailer, is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Home Retail Store Manager for their Dundee location.

In this role, you will report directly to the Area Manager and will be accountable for overseeing the operations of the Dundee shop, managing volunteers, and ensuring exceptional customer service that reflects the charity's values on the high street.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the team of staff and volunteers, fostering a motivating environment that encourages high performance.
  • Utilizing your commercial acumen to maximize revenue while ensuring operational costs are managed effectively.
  • Implementing strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers to build a strong team.
  • Maintaining a positive and energetic workplace culture that drives enthusiasm and results.

Qualifications for the Store Manager:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
  • Familiarity with EPOS systems and Gift Aid processes.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards challenges.
