Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at C2 Recruitment - Retail, Hospitality & Charity Specialists. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our charity retail store in Dundee, including staff and volunteer management, customer service, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff and volunteer supervision, customer service, and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including stock ordering and stockroom organization.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a charity retail environment.
