About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at B&M Retail. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales and efficiency targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and store standards
  • Support the management of your team and provide training and development opportunities
  • Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
  • Have a strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI's

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for retail and delivering great service. Ideal candidates will have experience of managing a small to medium sized team in a fast-paced retail environment and possess strong leadership and organisation skills.
