Our client, a prominent charity retailer, is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Charity Retail Store Manager at their Dundee location.
In this role, you will report directly to the Area Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Dundee store, managing volunteers, and ensuring exceptional customer service that reflects the charity's values.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
- Maximizing revenue through strategic commercial decisions while managing operational costs effectively.
- Utilizing your experience with EPOS systems and Gift Aid to enhance store performance.
- Recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers to build a strong team.

Key Requirements for the Charity Retail Store Manager:
