Home Retail Store Manager

About the Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the management of the Dundee Shop, volunteers, and customer services, ensuring the best representation of the charity on the high street.

Key Responsibilities

  • Line management, motivation, and performance of staff and volunteers
  • Maximise revenue using commercial flair
  • Ensure operational costs are covered and a profit contribution is generated
  • Recruit, retain, and develop volunteers
  • Lead and line manage others to develop and grow a high-performing team culture

Requirements

  • Previous retail store management/supervisory experience
  • Experience of EPOS systems and Gift Aid
  • Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing volunteers
  • Experience leading and line managing others
  • Energy, drive, and a positive can-do attitude
