As a key member of our charity retail division, you will be responsible for the management of our Dundee store, ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing revenue, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop volunteers to support store operations.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring operational costs are minimized and profit margins are maximized.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail store management, preferably within a charity retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff and volunteers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and volunteers.
  • Experience with EPOS systems and Gift Aid.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
