Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at C2 Recruitment - Retail, Hospitality & Charity Specialists. As a key member of our charity retail division, you will be responsible for the management of our Dundee store, ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing revenue, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop volunteers, ensuring a high level of engagement and motivation.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring operational costs are minimized and a profit contribution is generated.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail store management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Experience with EPOS systems and Gift Aid.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
