  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise all on-site activities, fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Effectively manage subcontractors, supply chains, and the workforce to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the project schedule and deliverables, guaranteeing timely completion.
  • Actively participate in meetings and contribute valuable insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Lead on large-scale civil engineering projects.
  • Exceptional people management and communication skills are essential.
  • A valid First Aid certification is required.
