Job Title: Project Manager - Construction

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction team on a major civils project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure the successful delivery of the project
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including records, reports, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction management, with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Ability to travel to project sites, as required
