We are committed to executing high-caliber projects and are in search of a skilled and seasoned Construction Project Coordinator to become part of our vibrant team.
Project Oversight:
Manage and supervise all facets of designated civil engineering initiatives, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with the highest quality standards.
- On-Site Leadership: Direct and oversee on-site operations, including drainage, roadworks, sewage systems, pump stations, and multi-utility services for new residential projects.
- Team Guidance: Inspire and mentor a group of engineers, subcontractors, and laborers, promoting a cooperative and high-achieving work atmosphere.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality assurance protocols to guarantee that all work aligns with specified standards and client expectations.
- Resource Coordination: Effectively manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to enhance project execution.
- Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing consistent updates on project status and promptly addressing any concerns.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and budgets.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, including progress updates, budget monitoring, and risk evaluations to senior management.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Coordinator with a focus on civil engineering projects, particularly in drainage, roadworks, sewage management, pump stations, and multi-utility services for residential developments.
- Educational Background: Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Technical Proficiencies:
Robust understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and industry regulations. Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with a history of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Driving Requirements: Full UK driving license is essential, as travel to various project sites will be necessary.
