About the Role

AECOM is seeking a talented Graduate Construction Manager to join our Project Management Teams in the UK & Ireland. As a Graduate Construction Manager, you will play a key role in driving projects forward and ensuring our clients achieve their built assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Senior/Associate Project Managers in managing projects from initial concept to construction and operation
  • Coordinate the project team, ensuring actions are carried out by the appropriate parties at the right times
  • Plan key tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering
  • Good organisation skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and willingness to ask for help when needed
  • Permanent right to work in the UK
