Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Site Manager to join our successful team based in Plymouth.

This is an on-site role that requires a UK Passport and a minimum of five years' experience working in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification, with working membership of a recognised construction-related professional body.
  2. CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification.
  3. Significant experience delivering large-scale construction projects in a regulated environment.
  4. Proven ability to ensure compliance with conventional Health & Safety Legislation and project procedures.
  5. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to receive and issue preliminary drawings, documents, and schedules.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide regular progress reports.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, ensuring that the work package construction proceeds in accordance with the project programme and quality goals.
