Senior Construction Manager - Temporary Works

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will be responsible for managing temporary works on major infrastructure upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the project temporary works register, updated from trade contractors' temporary works registers.
  • Ensure that all relevant procedures, inspections, and checks are carried out.
  • Coordinate all temporary work activities, focusing on the interfaces between work zones and/or trade contractors, and communicate to all relevant parties where temporary works of one contractor may adversely affect those of another.
  • Review temporary works proposals from design teams and trade contractors with support from the project engineer, package managers, clerk of the works, etc.

Requirements:

  • Commercially minded candidate with experience in the Nuclear/Defence industry.
  • Strong understanding of temporary works procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
