Core Responsibilities:

- Possess a valid SMSTS certification.
- Exhibit a proven track record in managing new build housing projects, particularly in timber frame construction.
- Effectively manage projects to ensure quality deliverables are achieved on schedule and within financial limits.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Operational Duties:
- Direct the necessary workforce, equipment, and materials to ensure timely completion of both individual plots and overall projects.
- Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely ordering of materials and subcontracted services to meet project objectives.
- Lead site teams by evaluating performance against contractual targets and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Ensure adherence to the Group Safety Policy and relevant Health and Safety Regulations.
- Achieve a minimum of 75% satisfaction rate on completed customer feedback surveys.
- Facilitate staff training and development in accordance with annual appraisal processes.
