Core Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a proven track record in managing new build housing projects, particularly in timber frame construction.
  • Effectively manage projects to ensure quality deliverables are achieved on schedule and within financial limits.

Operational Duties:

  • Direct the necessary workforce, equipment, and materials to ensure timely completion of both individual plots and overall projects.
  • Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely ordering of materials and subcontracted services to meet project objectives.
  • Lead site teams by evaluating performance against contractual targets and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to the Group Safety Policy and relevant Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Achieve a minimum of 75% satisfaction rate on completed customer feedback surveys.
  • Facilitate staff training and development in accordance with annual appraisal processes.
