Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

We're seeking a proactive and driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our future as we scale our operations and drive innovation in the offshore energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Salesforce leads, filter opportunities, and make initial client contact.
  • Oversee Sales@ and Info@ inboxes, directing relevant opportunities to BD/Account Managers.
  • Maintain and monitor client portal memberships and public tender portals like TED and Negometrix to capture relevant opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HSEQ, and Tendering teams to generate and maintain PQQ responses.
  • Assist with board report generation, event planning, and logistics for conferences and client meetings.
  • Develop reports, measure key metrics, and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Support the Tendering Team with formatting tenders, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Organize department travel efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Keep the Boilerplate file updated with the latest technical, commercial, and IMS information.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and external agencies.
  • Provide additional support to Business Unit Directors as needed.
Requirements:
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to clarify tasks, understand expectations, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • A proactive, can-do approach, with a keen willingness to learn.
  • Ownership and responsibility for tasks, with the ability to follow them through to completion.
  • Flexibility, with a willingness to travel as required for events and conferences.
  • Ambition, determination, and a strong aptitude for the role.
