Job Description

Balthazar - Team Member is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Reservation Management: Efficiently manage reservations, table assignments, and guest inquiries.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless dining experiences.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information and assistance.
  • Reception Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Open Table or Seven Rooms systems.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or Maitre D' in a restaurant environment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive and friendly demeanor.
