Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Manager to join our team at Allegis Global Solutions. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering complex solutions to our clients, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact for accurate and consistent communication.
  • Project Team Management: Manage multiple resources within the project management and process consulting sub-teams, driving key decisions and ensuring a best-in-class solution is delivered.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the activities of all implementation project team members, including direct reports and matrixed resources, ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Project Logistics: Facilitate project logistics, including meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Communication and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely distribution of meeting minutes and action items to all stakeholders.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risk and issue areas, escalating within Allegis Global Solutions, technology partners, and client escalation channels as necessary.
  • Business Development: Support business development initiatives, providing implementation expertise and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Document and share implementation best practices across Allegis Global Solutions teams, mentoring and training new team members.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in directly managing client relationships, delivering complex solutions on time and within budget.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proficient with various MSP solution concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to summarize complex technical and functional information clearly and articulately to all levels and audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Project Schedule.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
Education and Certifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred or other project management certification.
