Job Description

Job Summary:

The Implementation Consultant is a key member of our team at Allegis Global Solutions, responsible for implementing MSP and RPO operational services with a supporting SaaS vendor system. This role requires a strong understanding of business process improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Complex Enterprise Analysis Sessions: Conduct in-depth analysis sessions with multiple client teams to gather requirements, define, and design future state business processes based on customer needs.
  • Apply Business Process Efficiencies: Actively seek ways to apply business process efficiencies via technology, consulting on market and technical trends, and recommending best practices resulting in operational gain.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts: Partner with functional and technical subject matter experts (internal and external) and develop alternative technical or business solutions; advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and system priorities.
  • Ensure Configuration Accuracy: Responsible for ensuring configuration is accurate based on business and technical requirements; including, but not limited to: completing end-to-end configuration testing, coordinating and leading client user testing, documenting and tracking test results, and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Lead Change Management Activities: Lead all change management activities by defining client-specific strategies, consulting on best practice, and formulating actionable plans to deploy change management efforts.
  • Draft and Own Process Documentation: Draft and own all process documentation, manuals, communications, and training materials relevant to the future state program and change management activities.
  • Enhance Implementation Methodology: Dedicate effort to enhance implementation methodology by identifying and deploying process improvement strategies across the team.
  • Identify and Document Best Practices: Identify and document implementation best-practices and socialize them across Allegis Global Solutions teams as appropriate.
  • Mentor and Train Team Members: Mentor and/or train new implementation team members.

Qualifications:

  • Thorough Understanding of Contingent Workforce Management: Thorough understanding of the end-to-end contingent workforce management process, including successful process and system implementation strategy and execution.
  • Process Improvement Experience: Experience in process improvement or business process re-engineering, involving multi-faceted systems or processes and utilizing tools and techniques to make business impact.
  • Process Mapping and Modeling: Experience in process mapping and business process modeling.
  • Solving Technical and Business Problems: Demonstrated ability to sift through ambiguity, solving technical and business problems; effectively present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management.
  • Strategic Thinking and Relationship Management: Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management, working with demanding stakeholders, and driving change adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Team Experience: Experience in working with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and meet project deliverables.
  • Client Discussion and Project Management: Advanced in leading client discussions and driving project teams to decision consensus.
  • Self-Discipline and Project Deliverables: Demonstrated competency in self-discipline and independently completing project deliverables.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed Documentation: Advanced in ability to maintain very detailed documentation, including but not limited to process maps, operational manuals, and training materials.
  • AGS VMS Partner Platforms: Intermediate knowledge of all AGS VMS partner platforms and advanced knowledge on at least one of them.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Visio.
  • Microsoft Project and Project Management Tools: Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management tools.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 25%.
