Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Manager to join our team at Allegis Global Solutions. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering complex solutions to our clients, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships throughout the implementation life cycle, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure accurate and consistent communication.
  • Project Team Management: Manage multiple resources within the project management and process consulting sub-teams, driving key decisions and ensuring a best-in-class solution is delivered.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the activities of all implementation project team members, including direct reports and matrixed resources, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Project Logistics: Facilitate project logistics, such as meetings, conference rooms, and administrative tasks, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communication and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely distribution of meeting minutes and action items to all stakeholders.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify and escalate project risks and issues within Allegis Global Solutions, Technology Partner, and Client Escalation Channels as appropriate.
  • Business Development: Support business development initiatives, providing implementation expertise and best practices to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in directly managing client relationships, delivering complex solutions on time and within budget.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proficient with a variety of MSP Solution concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to summarize complex technical and functional information clearly and articulately to all levels and audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Expert ability to complete a variety of tasks across multiple solutions offerings, and to autonomously prioritize activities based on project needs.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
