Job Title: AI Implementation Associate

Allegis Global Solutions is a leading provider of integrated talent solutions that drive business results for clients worldwide. We are seeking an experienced AI Implementation Associate to join our team.

Job Summary

The AI Implementation Associate will be responsible for implementing AI-powered solutions to transform the way our clients acquire and manage talent. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven business processes, configure AI-powered systems, and develop change management strategies to ensure successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-driven business processes to improve talent acquisition and management
  • Configure AI-powered systems to meet client requirements
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of AI-powered solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business process improvements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, manuals, and training materials
  • Identify and document best practices for AI implementation and share with the team
  • Mentor and train new team members on AI implementation methodologies
Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of AI-powered solutions and their applications in talent acquisition and management
  • Experience in process improvement or business process re-engineering, involving multi-faceted systems or processes
  • Experience in process mapping and business process modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to sift through ambiguity, solving technical and business problems
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, relationship management, and driving change adoption
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems
  • Advanced in leading client discussions and driving project teams to decision consensus
  • Demonstrated competency in self-discipline and independently completing project deliverables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced in ability to maintain very detailed documentation
  • Intermediate knowledge of AI-powered systems and advanced knowledge of at least one AI-powered platform
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Visio
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
