Job Title: AI Implementation Associate

Allegis Global Solutions is a leading provider of integrated talent solutions that drive business results for clients worldwide. We are seeking an experienced AI Implementation Associate to join our team.

Job Summary

The AI Implementation Associate will be responsible for implementing AI-powered solutions to transform the way our clients acquire and manage talent. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven business processes, configure SaaS vendor systems, and lead change management efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex enterprise analysis sessions to gather requirements and design future state business processes
  • Partner with functional and technical subject matter experts to develop alternative technical or business solutions
  • Responsible for ensuring configuration is accurate based on business and technical requirements
  • Lead all change management activities by defining client-specific strategies and consulting on best practices
  • Draft and own all process documentation, manuals, communications, and training materials relevant to the future state program and change management activities
Qualifications
  • Thorough understanding of the end-to-end Contingent Workforce Management process
  • Experience in process improvement or business process re-engineering
  • Experience in process mapping and business process modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to solve technical and business problems and present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Visio
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management tools
