We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Manager to join our team at Allegis Global Solutions. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering complex solutions to our clients, ensuring timely and within-budget project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact for accurate and consistent communication.
- Lead multiple resources within the project management and process consulting sub-teams.
- Drive key decisions and ensure the delivery of a best-in-class solution on time and within budget.
- Oversee the activities of all implementation project team members, including direct reports and matrixed resources.
- Own and maintain primary project artifacts, including project plans, scope documents, RASCIs, status reports, and executive presentations.
- Monitor project milestones and critical dates to identify potential schedule jeopardy.
- Support project staff by facilitating project logistics, such as meetings, conference rooms, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of meeting minutes and action items to all stakeholders.
- Hold team members accountable for project deliverables, conducting follow-up and issue resolution as needed.
- Identify project risks and issues, escalating them within Allegis Global Solutions, the technology partner, and client escalation channels as appropriate.
- Support business development initiatives, serving as an implementation subject matter expert.
- Mentor and train new implementation team members.
- Demonstrated experience in directly managing client relationships, with a successful track record in delivering complex solutions on time and within budget.
- Proficient with a variety of MSP solution concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to summarize complex technical and functional information clearly and articulately to all levels and audiences.
- Expert ability to complete a variety of tasks across multiple solutions offerings, prioritizing activities based on project needs.
- Excellent consulting, negotiating, communicating, consensus building, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated experience working on fast-paced, highly visible projects or teams.
- Expertise in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Project Schedule.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to self-learn.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong client-facing and business skills, with a focus on delivery of business solutions rather than technical project management.
- Experience managing direct reports and mentoring junior team members.
- Dedication to enhancing implementation methodology by identifying and deploying process improvement strategies across the team.
- Prior project management experience, preferably in software or operational projects within complex organizations or customers.
- Prior MSP or RPO and/or VMS or ATS experience.
- Prior implementation or process efficiency experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing direct reports.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred or other project management certification.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
