Job Title: Global People Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global People Partner to join our team at Optoma Europe Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our people agenda to support business growth while embracing our company values and culture.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the rollout and implementation of our people strategy, programs, and processes. This will involve working closely with stakeholders, including the Global Head of People and Culture, Senior Global People Partner, and regionally based employees/HR teams, to keep the right focus on areas such as performance management, talent acquisition, career development, diversity, and compensation/rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, review, and analyze business metrics to identify problems within teams, working with stakeholders to implement solutions and measure their impact.
  • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping to build community, cohesion, and a sense of belonging around shared values, and ensuring an inclusive workforce where everyone feels valued and respected.
  • Support on any other people team work streams and ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Data-driven, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience of shaping and driving a people agenda that supports business growth while embracing company values and culture.
  • Experience in leading or facilitating initiatives such as engagement, performance management, change management, learning and development for employees and management level, as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of extracting insights from people data using spreadsheets.
  • The ability to assess training and facilitation needs, conduct tailored sessions, and communicate effectively.
