Key Responsibilities- Coordinate onboarding processes, including new employee orientation, training schedules, and paperwork completion.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of employee data in HRIS systems.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
- Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the HR department.
- Experience of providing administrative support, preferably within a professional HR shared service environment.
- Experience of using a variety of systems and databases including accurate keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience of Excel (with the ability to use formulas).
- Experience with HRIS software.
- Experience of prioritising, planning and delivering own workload to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
