Job Title: VP, People and Culture

We are seeking an experienced VP, People and Culture to join our team at Maru HR. This is a brand-new role that will play a critical part in our global transformation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR policies and operations, with experience in stakeholder management, coaching, and driving change. They will be responsible for leading a small team of 4 direct reports and will work closely with the leadership team to implement our cultural transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality services
  3. Provide coaching and guidance to employees at all levels
  4. Collaborate with the leadership team to drive cultural change and improve employee engagement
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in a senior HR role, with a background in leadership and stakeholder management
  2. Experience working in a multi-national sales-focused business with multiple reporting lines
  3. Strong communication and coaching skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  5. Experience with HR systems and processes
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits including agile/flexible working and occasional travel to the Baltic region.
