About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our Injectables marketing team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our Aesthetics UK and Ireland Management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic and operational marketing plans to drive business growth and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and maintain the Injectables short and long-term marketing planning and approval process, ensuring alignment with Country Manager, Marketing Director, Medical, Medical Education, Digital, and Sales teams.
  • Marketing Plan Implementation: Lead the implementation of the Injectables marketing plans, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Market Representation: Represent the Injectables Portfolio for UK & I at a Regional and Global level, importing and exporting marketing insights and best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the performance of the Injectables UK & I Marketing team, driving high-performing results and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Key Working Relationships
  • External Partnerships: Build and maintain a network of external customers and market influencers to inform strategy and support effective implementation of the marketing plan.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Close cross-functional working across Marketing, Medical, and Sales Leadership Teams.
  • Global Partnerships: Close working relationship with Regional & Global Marketing and Regional & Global Medical Affairs.
  • Agency Management: Support the team to recruit and retain top-quality marketing, market research, digital, and PR agencies to assist in the development and implementation of high-quality campaigns and materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Business/Marketing or life science graduate.
  • Qualifications: PMCPA representative's exam pass, postgraduate marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent preferred).
  • Experience: Extensive experience of marketing and people management experience in pharmaceuticals preferred, sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent planning and prioritization skills, good level of financial acumen, advanced presentation skills, computer literate with competence in working with data/multiple systems/CRM.
  • Competencies: Teamworking, passion for results, personal accountability, open and transparent, developing self and others, innovation.
