Job Title: Marketing Manager

Merz Aesthetics UK and Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategic and operational marketing plans for our Injectables portfolio in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Injectables short and long-term marketing planning and approval process, ensuring alignment with Country Manager, Marketing Director, Medical, Medical Education, Digital, and Sales teams.
  • Lead the implementation of the Injectables marketing plans, ensuring effective execution and timely delivery.
  • Represent the Injectables Portfolio at a Regional and Global level, importing and exporting marketing insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to the Aesthetics UK & I Management team, shaping the business and driving growth.
  • Lead the performance of the Injectables UK & I Marketing team, ensuring high-quality work and meeting commercial objectives.
Key Working Relationships:
  • Build and maintain a network of external customers and market influencers to inform strategy and support effective implementation of the marketing plan.
  • Cultivate close cross-functional working across Marketing, Medical, and Sales Leadership Teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with Regional & Global Marketing and Regional & Global Medical Affairs teams.
  • Support the team in recruiting and retaining top-quality marketing, market research, digital, and PR agencies to assist in the development and implementation of high-quality campaigns and materials.
Requirements:
  • Business/Marketing or life science graduate.
  • PMCPA representative's exam pass.
  • Postgraduate marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent preferred).
  • Extensive experience in marketing and people management in pharmaceuticals (preferred).
  • Sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
  • Experienced Senior Businessperson commercial signatory (MHRA/PMCPA).
  • Ability to understand the Aesthetics environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Customer engagement skills, with the ability to understand systems, processes, and resources available internally and bring in the right expertise at the right time to drive commercial sales success.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
  • Good level of financial acumen.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Computer literate with competence in working with data/multiple systems/CRM.
  • Confident, quick thinking, responsive, and solution-oriented.
