Job Title: Cloud Solutions Consultant

At FluidOne, we're seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales process, you'll partner with our sales team to understand customer requirements, design solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical pre-sales assistance to our sales and delivery teams, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Work closely with our project management office to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, collaborating with consultants to design and architect innovative solutions.
  • Assist our sales and marketing teams in developing GTM propositions for both partner and direct channels.
  • Design and architect M365 and Azure solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs.
  • Develop managed service options for customers, providing tailored solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels, ensuring clear understanding of technical information.
  • Accurately scope, define, and price project work, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and insights to our sales and technical teams, ensuring they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 or Azure in a technical consulting role.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • A keen interest in Microsoft and emerging technologies, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Good knowledge of M365 identity, collaboration, and security, with experience in designing and integrating systems.
  • Technical experience in solution design and architecture, with a focus on delivering enterprise technology projects.
  • Natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a strong attention to quality and a desire to succeed.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Microsoft 365 and/or Azure certification, demonstrating expertise in these areas.
