Role Overview:

The Pre-Sales Consultant plays a key role in the sales process, partnering with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills.

  • Provide technical pre-sales assistance to the sales and delivery teams.
  • Work closely with the project management office to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead consultants on pre-sales activities and assist with building managed service options for customers.
  • Accurately scope, define, and price project work.
  • Provide insight and update training to the sales and technical teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 or Azure in a technical consulting role.
  • A keen interest in Microsoft and emerging technologies.
  • Solution design or technical architecture expertise delivering enterprise technology projects.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Microsoft 365 and/or Azure certified.
