Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical pre-sales assistance to our sales and delivery teams.
  • Work closely with our project management office to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead pre-sales activities and collaborate with consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Assist in the design and architecture of M365 and Azure solutions.
  • Develop managed service options for customers.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Accurately scope, define, and price project work.
  • Provide training and insights to our sales and technical teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 or Azure in a technical consulting role.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • A keen interest in Microsoft and emerging technologies.
  • Good knowledge of M365 identity, collaboration, and security.
  • Technical experience in designing solutions and integrating systems.
  • Experience with other aspects of the Power Platform and O365 applications.
  • Natural communicator with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Solution design or technical architecture expertise delivering enterprise technology projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
