About The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled National Business Development Manager to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with large customers in the Air Quality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to optimize revenue income through multiple sales channels.
  • Identify and market differentiated value propositions to alternative markets and growth sectors.
  • Implement a sales and marketing strategy to leverage Sunbelt Rentals' innovative solutions for Dust/Fume/Ventilation/Filtration/Environmental Control/Occupational Hygiene sectors.
  • Consult with customers to understand their issues and create bespoke solutions and plans of work.
  • Develop and coordinate training programs to increase product knowledge and Air Quality awareness across relevant Sales Channels and Hire Desks.
  • Work closely with the Procurement team, Tenders & Bids Team, Marketing team, and sales colleagues to achieve business objectives.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring significant sales experience, preferably in an Account Management or Sales Management role. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally, and a good understanding of hire contracts and terms. You will also be able to demonstrate commercial acumen, teamwork, and a collaborative style.
