This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insights Manager to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research to provide insights and analysis to the wider business, supporting the optimisation of customer journeys.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data across Speech Analytics and VoC for customers, highlighting key customer pain points.
- Develop reports and tracking to ensure group-wide actions to resolve customer pain points.
- Define customer value principles to support the development of customer experiences.
- Lead and recruit a team of CX professionals.
- Proven experience in delivering CX improvement initiatives.
- Mixed methods research experience.
- Experience managing change.
