About the Role

Harnham is partnering with a leading financial services business to build out a brand new function within the business, focusing on turning measurement of customer experience into a science.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insights Manager to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to provide insights and analysis to the wider business, supporting the optimisation of customer journeys.
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data across Speech Analytics and VoC for customers, highlighting key customer pain points.
  • Develop reports and tracking to ensure group-wide actions to resolve customer pain points.
  • Define customer value principles to support the development of customer experiences.
  • Lead and recruit a team of CX professionals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering CX improvement initiatives.
  • Mixed methods research experience.
  • Experience managing change.
  • Managing/mentoring teams.
