Children's Home Manager

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our client's team in Hebden Bridge. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for managing a 4-bedded children's home and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to girls aged 11-17 who have been subjected to or are at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation.
About the Role- Manage a 4-bedded children's home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to young people.
- Work closely with the Regional Inspectorate (RI) and Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure the service is safe and effective in providing positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Collaborate with the HR and recruitment department to recruit, train, develop, and manage the staff team.
- Work alongside Deputies, Senior, and Support Workers within the service to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Hebden-Bridge based, with a full-time, permanent contract and on-call duties.
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
- Deputy or Registered Management experience.
- Driving licence.
- Up to £52,000 salary.
- £1,000 welcome bonus.
- Up to a 10% bonus.
