- Collaborate with the team to recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives, driving growth and innovation in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, social services, and other partner organizations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel, ensuring the efficient use of resources and effective allocation of staff.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
- Prior experience in a Deputy or Registered Management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Valid driving licence.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary up to £58,300.
- Additional £1,000 welcome bonus.
- Potential for up to a 10% bonus.
