Children's Home Registered Manager

Job Summary:

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our client's team in Hebden Bridge. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for managing a 4-bedded children's home, providing a safe and effective service for girls aged 11-17 who have been subjected to or are at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a 4-bedded children's home, ensuring a safe and effective service for children and young people.
  • Work closely with the HR and recruitment department to recruit, train, develop, and manage the staff team.
  • Collaborate with Deputies, Senior, and Support Workers within the service to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the service meets OFSTED regulations.
  • Work with the RI and SMT to ensure the service is safe and effective in providing positive outcomes for children and young people.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
  • NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
  • Deputy or Registered Management experience.
  • Driving licence.

What We Offer:

  • Up to £52,000 salary.
  • £1,000 welcome bonus.
  • Up to a 10% bonus.
