Children's Home Manager

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our client's team in Hebden Bridge. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a 4-bedded children's home, providing a safe and supportive environment for girls aged 11-17 who have been subjected to or are at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation.
About the Role:- Manage a 4-bedded children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents.
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people.
- Collaborate with the HR and recruitment department to recruit, train, and develop a skilled and dedicated staff team.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including Ofsted, local authorities, and other external agencies.
- Ensure the home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted requirements.
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
- Deputy or Registered Management experience in a children's home setting.
- Driving licence.
- A competitive salary of up to £52,000 per annum.
