Job Summary:
Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children\u0027s Home Registered Manager to join our client\u0027s team in Hebden Bridge. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for managing a 4-bedded children\u0027s home, providing a safe and supportive environment for girls aged 11-17 who have been subjected to or are at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a 4-bedded children\u0027s home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents.
- Work closely with the HR and recruitment department to recruit, train, and develop the staff team.
- Collaborate with the RI and SMT to ensure the service is safe and effective in providing positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the home is OFSTED regulated and compliant with all relevant legislation.
- Work with Deputies, Senior and Support Workers within the service to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.
- Hebden-Bridge based, with full-time, permanent contract and on-call duties.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
- Deputy or Registered Management experience.
- Driving licence.
What We Offer:
- Up to £52,000 salary.
- £1,000 welcome bonus.
- Up to a 10% bonus.
