Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager
Location: Hebden Bridge
Salary: Up to £58,300
Job Type: Full-time, permanent contract
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team in Hebden Bridge. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a 4-bedded children's home and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to girls aged 11-17 who have been subjected to or are at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a 4-bedded children's home and ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Work with the Regional Inspectorate (RI) and Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure the service is safe and effective
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage the staff team
- Work with Deputies, Senior, and Support Workers within the service
- Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Deputy or Registered Management experience
- Driving licence
What We Offer:
- Up to £52,000 salary
- £1,000 welcome bonus
- Up to a 10% bonus
