Job Summary:
Vetro Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our client's team in Hebden Bridge. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of residential childcare services to girls aged 11-17 who have been subjected to or are at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a 4-bedded children's home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and best practice in residential childcare.
- Work closely with the HR and recruitment department to recruit, train, and develop a skilled and dedicated staff team.
- Collaborate with the RI and SMT to ensure the service is safe and effective in providing positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Support Deputy, Senior, and Support Workers within the service to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Hebden-Bridge based, with a full-time, permanent contract and on-call duties.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
- Deputy or Registered Management experience.
- Driving licence.
What We Offer:
- Up to £52,000 salary.
- £1,000 welcome bonus.
- Up to a 10% bonus.
