Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive new business promoting our range of energy efficiency solutions, including IoT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Level executives, and driving the entire sales cycle from initial client engagement to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail, hospitality, and leisure sectors, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Level executives.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial client engagement to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop a good understanding and knowledge of energy and cloud-based solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Key Skills

  • Proven new business developer with experience selling energy efficient construction products or IT technology aimed at helping clients achieve carbon neutrality.
  • Strong B2B background with an established C-Level network.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the energy market, including key trends and challenges.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
