Job Title: Lead Lecturer

Job Summary:

The Fashion Retail Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Lecturer. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment experiences for our students on our Level 4 Fashion Retail course.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the fashion industry, with a deep understanding of the fundamental functions of the fashion industry from head office to shop floor. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment experiences for students on the Level 4 Fashion Retail course.
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum designs that reflect industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of the Fashion Retail Academy's academic strategy and policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality student experiences and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality assurance and enhancement activities to ensure the continued improvement of our programs.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong industry experience in the fashion retail sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
