Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Activity
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including IT Directors, Facilities Managers, and Office Managers
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Account Management
    • Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
    • Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and increase revenue
  • Marketing Support
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives
    • Provide input on marketing materials, including sales collateral, website content, and social media

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience within a technology background
  • A strong understanding of the audio-visual industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A full, clean UK driving license and own transport
  • The right to live and work in the UK

Desirable Experience

Previous experience working with office fit-out companies, contractors, facilities managers, and IT teams would be highly desirable.
