About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our established sales team at TenAV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including IT Directors, Facilities Managers, and Office Managers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and sales performance
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience within a technology background
  • Strong understanding of the audio-visual industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full, clean UK driving license and own transport
