We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our established sales team at TenAV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including IT Directors, Facilities Managers, and Office Managers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are always at the forefront of the audio-visual market.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a technology background, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the AV market and a keen interest in technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Full, clean UK driving license and own transport.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Experience working with office fit-out companies, contractors, facilities managers, and IT teams.
- Background in the audio-visual industry or IT.
- Competitive salary and uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60-70k year 1).
- Supportive team and established processes dedicated to your development and success.
