Regional Sales Manager

Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major corporate accounts and driving sales growth in the South Central region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of circa 100 major corporate accounts, ensuring effective positioning of Hyundai and Genesis models and maximizing sales penetration.
- Develop and implement contact strategies to activate major accounts and achieve volume and profit yield targets.
- Qualify and maintain thorough knowledge of customer fleet policies and ensure timely response to RFPs (Pan European Request for Pricing) that affect existing key accounts.
- Collaborate with the Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH fleet team to manage major international accounts and drive business growth.
- Travel to key meetings with customers and supply chain parties as required.
Requirements:
- Commercial knowledge of fleet purchasing practices and deal requirements.
- Passionate about the Hyundai brand and products, particularly ULEV/EV technology.
- Ability to articulate fleet communications and marketing tool development to key accounts.
- Major account management experience.
