Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major corporate accounts and driving sales growth in the South Central region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase volume yield and turn prospect opportunities into live buying customers.
  • Manage a portfolio of circa 100 major corporate accounts, ensuring thorough qualification and ongoing knowledge of customer fleet policies.
  • Collaborate with Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH's fleet team to manage major international accounts and respond to RFPs (Pan European Request for Pricing) that affect existing key accounts.
  • Develop and deliver business plans with named accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve volume and profit targets.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Hyundai products, particularly ULEV/EV technology, to key accounts and develop tailored marketing materials to support sales efforts.
  • Travel to key meetings with customers and supply chain parties as required.

Requirements:

  • Commercial knowledge of fleet purchasing practices and deal requirements.
  • Passionate about the Hyundai brand and products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
