A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Internal Sales Executive to join Mandeville Recruitment Group, a leading national distributor of products for the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise growth of sales within the branch and surrounding area
- Manage a ledger of existing accounts and build customer relationships
- Develop new business opportunities and call lapsed and dormant accounts
- Answer general enquiries, advise product availability, delivery dates, etc.
- Issue quotations in response to enquiries
- General sales administration
- Ensure outstanding levels of customer service at all times
- Previous internal sales and customer service experience within a construction sales environment
- Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills at all levels
- Strong negotiation and facilitation experience with problem-solving ability
- Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
- Generous basic salary
