About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Internal Sales Executive to join Mandeville Recruitment Group, a leading national distributor of products for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise growth of sales within the branch and surrounding area
  • Manage a ledger of existing accounts and build customer relationships
  • Develop new business opportunities and call lapsed and dormant accounts
  • Answer general enquiries, advise product availability, delivery dates, etc.
  • Issue quotations in response to enquiries
  • General sales administration
  • Ensure outstanding levels of customer service at all times
Knowledge and Experience Requirements
  • Previous internal sales and customer service experience within a construction sales environment
  • Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and facilitation experience with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
