We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our established sales team at TenAV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Activity
    • Manage a portfolio of clients, including IT Directors, Facilities Managers, and Office Managers
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
    • Provide quotations and schematic drawings to clients
    • Respond to sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
  • Account Management
    • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
    • Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client interactions
Requirements
  • Essential Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in a technology background
    • Strong understanding of the AV market and industry trends
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Full, clean UK driving license and own transport
    • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Desirable Experience
    • Experience working with office fit-out companies, contractors, and IT teams
    • Experience working in the audio-visual industry or an IT background
