Role Summary

In the capacity of Chief Executive Coordinator to the CEO, you will be integral to the core of their business functions. This role transcends traditional administrative duties; you will serve as a reliable ally to the CEO, aiding in strategic initiatives, enhancing operational effectiveness, and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Duties

  • Executive Assistance: Deliver thorough administrative support to the CEO, which includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, overseeing correspondence, and preparing documentation.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to significant projects such as organizational restructuring, operational redefinition, and process enhancements.
  • Vendor Negotiations: Engage actively in discussions with vendors to optimize expenses and sustain robust relationships.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and implement corporate gatherings, meetings, and conferences that embody the brand and culture.
  • Business Collaboration: Act as a trusted consultant and business partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on various corporate matters.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and clear exchanges.
  • Confidentiality & Integrity: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Chief Executive Coordinator, preferably in a high-growth brand environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a knack for prioritizing effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project oversight and event organization.
  • Proficiency in office applications (e.g., MS Office, G Suite, Asana) and familiarity with communication platforms.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in response to shifting priorities.
